Nexus has real estate equity solutions for deal sponsors which are in need of the level of equity required to make the deal work for the senior lender. We can either obtain preferred or common equity offers for sponsors to plug the equity missing to round out the capital stack, or for larger deals we can identify a group which would then offer a carried interest to the sponsor in addition to a developer fee.
